Please note that our personalized reception service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., where we will assist you in person.

Outside these hours, we offer 24/7 phone assistance for any questions or support you may need.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to complete your online check-in. Simply follow the link and register all guests. When everyone is registered, your check-in will be complete.

To access the building and your room, collect your key from the kiosk located at the entrance. This key will allow you to enter and exit whenever you need.

The kiosk works as our self-service reception. From there, you can complete your registration if you haven’t done it online, pay any outstanding amounts, and collect your key.

It will also provide a ticket with useful information such as the code to make key copies, the hotel’s Wi-Fi network, and a contact number in case you need assistance.

Please note that the kiosk allows check-in only from 3:00 p.m. onwards.

If you arrive before the official check-in time, you won’t be able to access your room yet, but don’t worry — you can leave your luggage in our storage area and go enjoy your day. We’ll make sure everything is ready for your return.

The kiosk can issue one card per reservation free of charge. If you need a replacement, you can easily request a new one at the same kiosk using the code printed on the ticket you received during check-in.

Please note that there will be a small fee for each additional card.

Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. Our goal is to offer you a smooth and relaxed departure, adapting to your needs.

For your convenience, you can check out in two ways:

1. During personalized reception hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.):
You can leave your room key directly at the reception desk.

2. If you check out early or prefer not to stop by reception:
You can drop your room key in the mailbox located at the hotel entrance — and that’s it!
